Please join us for a Lunch & Learn Speaker Series with Stacey Gordon, Chief Diversity Strategist of Rework Work. She will share strategies to help companies more inclusively recruit, hire and engage employees, effectively creating inclusion and belonging for all. We will also discuss unconscious bias and strategies companies can use to make better decisions. This webinar will offer valuable insights for individual contributors, managers and leaders.

Stacey is the creator of the number one resume course at LinkedIn learning which, along with her other three courses titled Recruiting for Diversity, Awareness of Unconscious Bias, and Making a Career Change, have accumulated more than one million views. She was recognized by Pepperdine University as a Top 40 Over 40 Leader, was a finalist for Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women Helping Women Award and was recognized by Forbes as a Top 3 Business Leader Who Spoke Out About Diversity & Inclusion.

About Stacey Gordon

Leading at the intersection of diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture, Stacey focuses on recruitment & development initiatives that transform workplaces. She is Chief Diversity Strategist of Rework Work, where she has delivered keynote speeches, consulted, and developed educational content that has engaged professionals globally, both in-person and in a virtual environment. She focuses on reworking how companies work; including how they inclusively recruit, hire and engage employees, effectively creating inclusion and belonging for all.

As a consultant and career strategist, Stacey has provided career and diversity related content to SHRM, FastCompany, Skillsoft, Forbes, NPR Radio, BBC Radio, Essence Magazine, and Monster.com, to name a few. She was also a career segment guest contributor to Fox Business.

Stacey earned her MBA degree from Pepperdine University’s Business School, is a board member of Pepperdine’s Center for Women in Leadership and previously served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Diversity in Organizations at Phillips Graduate University.

Alissa Finerman is an Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She works with leaders, managers and teams to drive performance and leadership development. She is an executive coach for the Wharton Executive MBA program. Prior to coaching, she worked on Wall Street for 10 years. She received her MBA from the Wharton School. Alissa is the author of the book, Living in YOUR Top 1%. She is VP of Programming for the Wharton Alumni Club of Southern California.
