Alissa Finerman is an Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She works with leaders, managers and teams to drive performance and leadership development. She is an executive coach for the Wharton Executive MBA program. Prior to coaching, she worked on Wall Street for 10 years. She received her MBA from the Wharton School. Alissa is the author of the book, Living in YOUR Top 1%. She is VP of Programming for the Wharton Alumni Club of Southern California.
