We will discuss key areas that all companies need to consider such as how search is changing, strategies to acquire traffic, common challenges clients face and how a customized digital strategy can deliver results, what smaller companies can do to grow their business via email marketing campaigns, social media etc, and how to use data analytics to make better decisions.

About Nicholas Benedict
Nicholas is the Managing Director of King, Edward, First, a marketing and strategy advisory firm. He is known for his ability to drive growth by creating new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones. His primary area of expertise is in digital marketing, accompanied by a deep background in strategy, service operations, and finance.
He recently exited his last company, which he founded, in a trade sale after building it into the largest digital platform for dating and relationship advice products and services, averaging revenue growth >20% over twelve years and supported by an infrastructure of 70+ staff and operations in 30 countries.
Nicholas also serves as non-executive Chairman of Heaven Tea Co. and sits on the Board of Directors of Simulicity, Inc., the non-profit Secular Students Alliance, and on the Advisory Board of BRP Pharmaceuticals. He has previously served on the Boards of Archbolt Co. and Gainsmaker Inc.
In his previous experience as Chief Development Officer of SkyEurope Airlines, Nicholas helped obtain a crucial financing round from new investors. At Mercer Management Consulting, he was a key advisor in a 12-month on-site turnaround of the most unprofitable business unit of the South African railroad, and modeled and presented the business case for what became a successful $5.6 billion merger in the energy industry.
Nicholas holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Alissa Finerman is an Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She works with leaders, managers and teams to drive performance and leadership development. She is an executive coach for the Wharton Executive MBA program. Prior to coaching, she worked on Wall Street for 10 years. She earned her MBA from the Wharton School. Alissa is the author of the book, Living in YOUR Top 1%. She is VP of Programming for the Wharton Alumni Club of Southern California.
