Robert will share insights on leaving a corporate job to pursue a new business idea and start a successful company, identifying a gap in the travel industry and solving for this problem, building a business while overcoming various challenges, creating a new industry standard for the airline industry, optimizing value for both airlines and consumers and having his company acquired.
Robert started Routehappy in 2010 to help airlines and distributors differentiate and better monetize flight shopping while improving the consumer flight shopping experience. As the Founder & CEO, Robert led the creation of industry standardized airline rich content, allowing airlines to distribute the content easily in any sales channel and to provide customers with more choices and transparency.
Robert will be interviewed by Alissa Finerman, an Executive Coach and Wharton MBA.

About Robert Albert
Robert is an entrepreneurial e-commerce professional in aviation, travel, commerce, content and media with a track record starting and growing successful and innovative web products and businesses. He started Routehappy, the industry standard for airline rich content which was acquired by ATPCO in February 2018. Prior to Routehappy, he was head of media product for Travelocity, GM of Site59 and a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Robert earned his MBA from The Wharton School.
About Alissa Finerman
Alissa Finerman is an Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She works with leaders, managers and teams to drive performance and leadership development. She is an executive coach for the Wharton Executive MBA program. Prior to coaching, she worked on Wall Street for 10 years. She earned her MBA from the Wharton School. Alissa is the author of the book, Living in YOUR Top 1%. She is VP of Programming for the Wharton Alumni Club of Southern California.
