OCMBA Discussion with Second Harvest CEO, Harald Herrmann – Managing through rapid innovation on short notice – June 24

COVID-19 forced Second Harvest Food Bank to radically change its operations.  Yet the organization managed to double the amount of meals it serves to over 500,000 a month, despite having to operate with only 60% of its pre-Covid staff.

Join us for a discussion with Second Harvest CEO, Harald Herrmann, as he shares how SHFB managed to improve through rapid innovation on short notice and key lessons learned.   He’ll also share insights on some unique challenges of leading a non-profit organization vs. his previous experience leading   Mendocino Farms (The Yardhouse) and Darden’s Specialty Group (Seasons 52, Capital Grille & others)
