
Alissa Finerman serves as a Vice President of Programming for the Wharton Club of Southern California. She’s an Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and leads team seminars to develop leaders, leverage strengths, resolve conflicts, maximize performance and increase engagement levels. She works with executives, managers and entrepreneurs and has worked with family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies including Ross Stores, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Neutrogena, BNP Paribas, Brookfield Property Partners, Sotheby’s International Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Taylor Farms, Mount Saint Mary’s University, Dress for Success and Vistage International. She has been featured in the Huffington Post and is a regular contributor to Wharton Magazine. She is the author of Living in Your Top 1%, a book which provides a roadmap to create your best life and redefine success.
Alissa’s business background includes ten years in finance at such firms as Credit Suisse, a global investment bank; IPC, a former Goldman Sachs portfolio company serving the financial industry; and Guggenheim Partners, a boutique investment management firm. She bridges her experiences as a former professional tennis player, Wall Street professional and executive coach to inspire others to think bigger and get results. Alissa holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. She was an All-American tennis player at the University of California, Berkeley and competed on the Women’s Professional Tennis Circuit, achieving a world ranking of #202 in doubles.
Alissa received her coaching credentials from New York University, Results Coaching Systems and Gallup Strengths Coaching Program. She lives in Santa Monica, CA.
